We just built a new house and moved in about 3 weeks ago. Dumb idea to put in a nice white driveway!

Right now I have leftover shingles under my parking spot, and was wondering if anyone else uses any driveway protection to keep their wife from complaining about the oil spots.

I keep an old "pasteboard" box under my truck, replace it when it gets "ugly" also provides a nice way to monitor oil dripage

i use one of the plastic tray's that came with the eagle lift. You could use cardboard but you have to keep changing it and it gets very annoying changing it after a rain. http://66.113.231.142/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=612-100

In my garage a piece of 1/2" OSB does the trick. Come bonfire time it fires right up. Congrats on the new house!

Napa, Kragen, etc... should carry those large galvanized trays like mark was talking about. That's what we put in the garage. It won't blow away like a piece of cardboard either.

Tell your wife that if she does not like it and you are going to buy a new M5 or 04 RR if she does not shut up about it.

Either that or get a quote from the dealer to fix the leaks, that will quiet her down too.

I like Ron and Deans suggestions :P Another one is just to deliberately spill some oil on the white pavement and just forget about it. It is like that first scratch or ding on your brand new car.
