I'm on a business trip to California and I rented an 03 SE7 so I could take some foster kids wheelin in my spare time. The stupid moonroof sticks in the "open" position. It wasn't the fuse and its forcasted to rain. I call Hertz, they tell me they can bring me another "SUV", but not a Disco (none available and they dare to offer me a mini van). I contact the local Rancho Mirage dealership and explain my situation to the service manager. He gets me right in, he fixes the problem himself and I'm out of there in 15 minutes. My work schedule wouldn't have permitted me to leave the vehcile for any real time, and if I had to give it back to Hertz to avoid water damage from the open moon roof, the foster kids would have probably missed a great time wheelin'. So, thanks Rancho Mirage Land Rover! |
