I saw a post back a while ago about someone wanting more information the the Cross Lander. I signed up on a "new information" list about a year or so ago, and they just now sent me an update. They said the Cross Lander will start to arrive in the US in June. It will be a 4.0L v6, 207 HP, 103" wheelbase, part time 4x4, 5-speed transmission, 4-door "SUV", solid rear axle, and IFS (thats all I can remember off the top of my head) Then, by next year they hope to have a diesel engine, auto transmission, and a 4-door truck body style. All under $20,000.00 I would like to see one in person. I wonder if it is a better build quality than a KIA. |

I've seen shots of it at a Dutch magazine http://www.autoweek.nl/newsdisp.php?cache=no&ID=2338 Apperantly it is currently named Land Raver. |
