I finally caved in and ordered DVD from ExpeditionExchange in hope of seeing some nice offroading.

So i did watch it last night, and boy - am i dissapointed...

Technically video composition is great - map overlays. But:

 - manner of shooting is so much worse than what i seen in DWeb videos... Whoever was shooting video, tried to wave camera under different angles so you seeing some things steeper than they are, angle of shooting obstacles is just plain wrong.
 - i am not questioning Bill's ability to lead trail, but ability of people that were participating - at lots of moments you see trucks literally tearing trail down. Its very visible in Cane Creek Canyon trail (day one on video) - i done that trail 3 weeks ago in XTerra (Rover was waiting for steering rods) so trail is still fresh in my memory and my 3 yrs old son (well almost) apparently remembers is well too - so he was watching video and shouting at trucks, when they were shooting rocks and dirt from under their wheels, jumping and squealing at ledges...

So, IMHO, if you really into treading lightly and want to see decent offroading - stick to DWeb ones

Count me down for one Axel. Judging by the other 4 this one has to be even better shot.

I sure hope that you caught both of Sues rear wheels leaving the ground on Wipe-out Hill

I haven't actually watched that segment yet so I don't know how it came out, but the mini cam was underneath her rear end when it happened. Wolf might have caught it with the big Sony, too.
