I have found that the Rustoleum Sage Green #1933 (approx. $2.50 per can) is a dead on match for the Rover Pastel Green...
Rustoleum? Who cares, you're gonna scratch it all off on rocks and trees anyway!

Later in life, Cecilia will get a proper resto, but for now, this will definitely do.
