trying to put a zenith carb onto my IIa with a 2.25 petrol engine. it had the original solex to start with. i cant figure out how to change the throttle linkage. i heard somewhere that i have to 'reverse it'. i have been trying all sorts of things but cant figure it out. thanks in advance |

Post on the Rovers North BBS site if you can't find an answer here. Any reason why you did not not go to a Weber? |

I have a zenith carb on a IIa and can take a picture of it if you would like me to. |

thanks, got the linkage figured out, but cant get it adjusted properly. still working on. i choose the zenith because i wanted reliability and i heard it was the most simple and reliable. i use my truck most everyday and im taking it cross country this summer so something i can fix is a must. perhaps i made a mistake, but i can always change it later |
