Well i finally got the Rocky Mountain Roverdrive installed but i cant get it to engage. Driving down the road in fourth, depress clutch, move OD lever forward, ease up on the clutch while still holding the lever, revs drop, then five seconds later it pops out with a bang. ANyone have any ideas? THe unit is brand new but could it have something to do with some sort of problem in the gearbox or transfer case? also, it stays in if someone keeps it pushed forward. Thanks for any help.

Also it is leaking 90w from the rubber O ring/paper gasket. I think it just needs to be cranked down a bit harder, but i dont want to mess anything up. any ideas how tight i can go before doing damage? right now they are as tight as i could get with two fingers on a spanner.

Figured it out. The linkage was rubbing on the inside of the transmission tunnel.
