Well, before driving coast to coast, there were many things I had to do and some things that got left for later. Later is now here and before winter sets in I need to put in a thermostat. I have heard that I can just pick one up at any auto supply store. What size do I need for a '64 IIa with original engine? |

Well, I got a 190 degree thermostat for cheap. Im not worried about it during the winter but I should probably change it out for summer? |

OK, more questions. I decided to put in the 190 degree thermostat but found that it doesnt fit. When I bought the truck there was no thermostat. Perhaps I have a earlier or later model thermostat housing? Any other thoughts?

I posted a thread about this problem becuase I couldn't seem to locate where my thermostat plugged into my 1971 IIA. The engine was a reman from the UK. I posted some nice pictures too on what I did. |
