Does anybody else have the problem with people wanting to buy your rig when its not even for sale? I thought it was cute the first three times it happened, but after a dozen or so it got down right annoying. Why do people want to buy a truck that doesn't have a for sale sign in it? What is wrong with these people? I have been siting in traffic and the guy right next to me tries to get me to sell the truck for 1000 bucks. I tell him its $500,000, no more no less. Is it just Charlotte or the the rest of the US act like that?

It happens a lot. I usually give them a number high enough to scare them off, yet if they're serious, I'd sell the truck.

Right now, the reply for my '88 is $15k. Anyone who wants to plonk down $15k for Puddles can drive her home.

LOL David. I tell them I know where they can get one. But they always seem to want the one the lay eyes on first :). Oh well. Maybe I need to put a sign in it that says, "NOT for sale". ;).

LOL, yep. There is a lot of money in that beast. And I'm fixin' to dump some more in it in the comming weeks. I'm kinda mad at the fact that I could have taken my dad's disco and wouldn't have had as much trouble, so, gotta spend some money :). Of course I should have realized that I was way in over my head when I started following trucks with 33's and 35's with lockers and LSD's in em'. LOL, its all about next time :).

On another topic, I have discovered that GS27 works real well on my truck. I won't work worth a crap on a regular car but it will take the scratch out of my paint real easy. I am also going to take my sill panels off since they just bent :). Next time you will see it, its gonna be a beast that rides well too!!

LOL, I guess I am now a Roverhead!

P.S. I was suprised at how well everyone said my truck looked. I guess that Eagle one wax-as-u-dry stuff really works then!!
