I have written a review of these two products, anyone who is interested at all in possibly doing this to your Series truck should read...

LOL, I just had mine installed Wednesday!! What shocks did you go with? I went with N46 in the rear and those babies droop! I got N41 for the front but the bushings that came with them are wrong!!. Any idea what I need to get in replacement? I seem to need bigger ones.

You should take it off road now. I was lucky in that I was in the mud about 30 minutes after it was all done. It certainly improved a lot!! I felt more comfortable in the truck and the ability of the vehicle skyrocketed. I left the check straps off, I'm glad I did!! Luke took them off and the body jumped up another half inch into the air!

Any other input from others running this setup?

I got the N90's and N78's - Why? Because that is what they sent me when I ordered the "kit" from Rovers North - it is what is in their catalog What is the difference anyway? Maybe I should have done my homework, but I am so happy with the marked improvement that I really could care less right now.

Yes, I will be taking it off road soooooon. I too am much more comfortable in the truck - I honestly compare it to driving my Disco now!! But alas... my clutch master cylindar is still in the process of being replaced. I only work on it about 1 hour a day, not enough to get things done fast.

But I would like to know what the difference is in the shock classifications.

JB,

Last I saw it, it needed body panels. They put the suspension on it w/the procomps on it. I wanted the OME b/c it is a longer shock.

The truck looked like it was comming together pretty good. All the body panels front of the bulkhead were off, and the truck was on stands.

Has anyone ordered directly from Rocky Mountain Parabolics? Experience? Does it save money over ordering from RN or AB? Just brought home a 66 SIIA, and am starting to make a list...
Thanks,

I ordered directly from them and the sevice was excellent. Delivery took approx. 1 1/2 wks down to Florida. I went with the 2 leaf rear and the procomp shocks. I haven't driven it yet because I haven't gotten the truck finished yet. I was trying to get it done for the MAR but there are to many little things left to do.

Hey, Rico, I saw your truck. Looked good! I did notice you went with the two leaf rear.
I was talking with John Brafford when you and your family pulled up. Nice to meet you.

Enoch,
That was the first time that I had driven it.
So far the The 2 leaf seem to be great with the ProComps.I will be doing alot more trail rideing over the next month so they will put to the test even more.
Today I drove it on the Hwy.and it rode really nice.
I'll post an update in about a month. I have plenty of work left on her.

Thanks
Rico
