never heard of such a brand name. Nevertheless, it was $24.88 (tax included) at my local PepBoys, and I decided to risk it rather than wait 'til I get my DeWalt as retirement gift.
Guess what, I've already beat the shit out of it, it still runs stong and has quite some monster torque. Not what I was used to with an 18V DeWalt (that seemed like you could take lug nuts off with), but very decent. For $25, it was the best return for my home improvement money.

Except for the color it looks JUST like my Firestorm (B&D) cordless. I'm sure it is just a rebrand. If so I've had mine for a couple of years now and it is still good as new.
$25 bucks is a great deal.
