Just at the dealer and saw all the new "LR3" brochures touting the new Disco that's not a Disco. I hate to sound like a fuddy duddy here but does anyone else think it looks like it's trying to emulate the Element and Pathfinder? You know, door lines and roof lines etc. Glass roof is nice, heaven forbid it ever cracks, 300hp is good, but all interiors now look like spaceships, and while the RR and new LR3 interiorrs are definetly 'pretty', it seems out of place. You have to sort of look twice from the front to tell it from the RR. It seems the whole line is meant to look more 'pretty' than rugged anymore. I know I know this topic is so stale, but when I got my truck I told myself I wanted to keep it forever, in perfect shape, as a classic. Now when I go in the dealer, I see nothing coming down the line to make me even consider altering that plan by buying a new one. It's official, I must be getting old.... Geezer |

With just one look, my wife said "Hey that looks like that new Honda Element". I thought to myself, that means I have to keep maitaining my 95 to keep it running forever now. |
