anyone else notice that a good portion of the 'off-road' footage was computer simulated?

Not to mention they only simulated it going over some sand. Pretty harsh conditions.

hehe, the simulation seems more hardcore than the wheeling some of us do in real life. LOL

Putting capability aside, because we have to take it to the trail to determine that.. I'm starting to get more used to the look of it.. the only thing that really still bothers me is the back of it.. I wonder if someone fabricated a swinging support for a back tire, if that would look better..

LMAO .... Did you guys check out the jeep video? They had entirely computer-generated "wheeling" .. oh, and they pulled up on a dirt path, so that makes them cool!

land rover have been slipping in advertising. The freelander one used in a lot of magazines back in 1998 was "a dramatic entrance" with a freelander at about 5degrees coming down a path between two tree's???

It reminds me of the off-road video they had of the Honda Pilot when it first came out -- except that the Pilot video was real.

I would love to see one of them at an dealer off road event. Ill go on it jsut to see one in some dirt.
