Just recently picked up a 91 GDE...thinking about getting it painted...just wanted to if anyone has ever removed and reinstalled the rubber molding that wraps around the outside and inside of the door's window frame? Paint job would come out very clean if this is possible...Thanks.

hey Sam! wtg!
yeah, that whole rubber molding comes right out.you have to take the door apart and the whole black window frame (upper) will slot in and out, taking most of the molding with it.
congrats!

yeah, second that. I swapped a lower door panel recently (don't ask) and the whole upper frame and glass just bolts off leaving only the metal door panel. With the inner panel off you can remove the door handles too.
