My 95 Classic has the "classic" upper tailgate rust. In my quest to find a cheap replacement would it be possible to adapt my 95's automatic tailgate locking mechanism to an earlier upper tailgate? Fred | ||

The answer is yes. My '91 has the central locking system and the upper tailgate has the same mechanism. |
