I have put a question to them about disarming the EAS micro processor and the alert center in your dash. We will see what they say.

Hi Ron I know all about that rather odd solution AB has. The chaps in Texas at www.motorcarsltd.com have what I think is a much cleaner better idea that is probably a jumper wire or some such other cleaver simple solution. But they won't let on unless you buy there spring kit from them. I can expect that. I hope these guys are in the know at strutmasters! We will see.

Hi Andrew, long time, no speak.

If you find out about any simple system, I'm all ears. I like the KISS principle. Plus it might be cheaper. Presently, I'm not planning to change from air springs but one never knows what might happen in the future.

If I was going to do a major desert trek through Oz where recovery would cost me more than an arm and a leg, I'd consider changing to coils for the trip.

All the best

Ron

No, they must not have e-mail or don't know how to use it. But, I have been made aware that there coils don't fit on the spring keepers you replace the air bag with.

Bottom dollar, bottom of the barrel!

Air forever, untill I can not pump it any more!

Next time throw a couple little special pills into your airbags, they'll stay inflated a little longer :-)
