Tell the dealer that you want the vehicle to sit level, not just within specs.

At our shop we have only seen this issue once, on an 03, we recalibrated the computer and it still sat unlevel, so the tech manual entered the data for spring ride height and it worked ok.

Neal,
Ditto on Skip's assesment. There is no way the closed loop system EAS design will operate like that unless part of the system is not working correctly. Most of the Land ROver mechanics when I talk to them I can tell they don't understand the EAS at all, which is a real drag when it comes to fixing it and is part of why the bad reputation is alive and well. The ride height sensors feed back a resistance based signal to the EAS computer. It then decides if the soleniod valve for that air spring needs to be ported to the 150PSI air tank or the atmosphere to raise or lower the corner of the vehicle for that partuicular setting you have selected on the dash control console. I have seen mine tilt pretty good on a sunny day were the heat helps increase the air spring pressure on one side of the vehicle which raises that corner or side some. If it is OK when running then maybe some of the o rings are leaking a bit, lowering the side that seems lower. You can spray them down on the manifold block with some soapy water were the air lines exit the block. Put her up in extended off road height and turn off the engine then spray and see if you get any bubbles. If your RR is an early P38A model the air springs are probably getting pretty bad were the lob roles over. You can spray them too and look for bubbles. Thats what I would do first.
