sometimes my D-90 seems to idle a little high ~1400revs while its warm. I assume its warm because of the thermostat. Eventually it will idle normaly~ 700-800 revs. Is there something to adjust or should it just be left alone

Which year D90 do you have?
Which reminds me, isn't it about time you put a bio up on the D90 Source? :-)
And before you say anything, I know I need to update mine since I no longer have the vehicle listed on my bio - I'm working on it.

It could be as simple as adjusting the idle if it's a '94-'95

How about adjusting on the '97 Art? I see my rig about once every two weeks during the winter (it's in storage). Has a hard time running without stalling at idle at least until the engine is warm. Once it's warm, it's good to go.

Actually I meant to say "timing" (referring to a '95) this helped mine. To adjust the idle you just move the nut on the throttle linkage to the carb. This is especially useful if you're winching and want to get your revs up.
As for the '97 Dave, I'm sorry, I have no clue. Too many electronics if you ask me. Hopefully I can swap in a diesel eventually. Only thing I'll miss will be extra umph from the supercharger.

Phillip, I'm sorry my head is so far up my a$$ today - I'm typing faster than I'm thinking. You don't have one - I didn't either, I'm talking about the throttle linkage (the part that moves in the engine bay when you step on the gas pedal). Sorry for all the confusion - I'll get back to work now and stop trying to do two things at once since it's obvious I can't. :-)
