OME SHOCKS WITH STOCK COILS

I have to get my order in to Ho today for the shocks, and there seems to be some risk of the rear springs popping out if I fit the OME shocks on the rear. Has anyone fitted Bilstiens or Genuine to the rear with OME on the front? Suggestions? (Aside from fitting OME coils - I like to factory smooth ride). Thanks!
