After constantly hearing about Defenders getting only 200-230 miles out of a tank (on a good day ), I was wondering if it is possible to make your own replacement tank or to extend the stock one. I don't have a Defender but a friend of mine does, and she always complains about filling it up twice a week. I know that theres a Series tank that you can put under the passenger seat using an internal fuel pump, but that sounds like too much work and it is expensive. Is there enough space to add maybe an extra 6 or 7 gallons? |

Why not just throw a couple of jerry cans in the back with a super siphon and not worry about it? |
