What is the turning radius of a stock D90 with 265 wide tires? Can't seem to find this anywhere. The RRC has a turning radius of 36 feet with 205 tires. The DiscoveryI has a turning radius of 39 feet with 255 wide tires. I am trying to find out if any changes were made to the D90 chassis that would give it a tighter turning radius with the wider 265 tires. Randall |

Randall, According to the little green book the turning radius for a stock D90 with 265/75's is a whopping 40 feet. |

Thanks Sean. Apparently there is no real difference in the RR/Disco/Defender steering set up. Wider tires equal bigger turning radius. |

Hey Randall...why not put the truck against a curb in a vacant part of a parking lot, turn the wheel to lock and make a u-turn. Then measure the diameter and you have the answer to what YOUR truck can do. I would make sure the bump stops are adjusted to just barely stop the tires from rubbing on the front arms for maximum capability. |
