Ken,
Check http://www.thatchedroofgarage.com .....
David has Series Rovers, frames, parts, etc. etc....
You may be interested in the Big Banana if you would like a 109" 3-door...
Just a thought....

Thanks great site
The Banana is cool but needs more windows also I would definetly want a left hand drive. althought the right hand drive would add a bit of coolness to the car. My son is 3 right now and the plan is to buy a rover for him and spend the next 10 yrs completly restoring it from top to bottom with him on weekends so it will be his when all is said and done so I have a little while to buy but the trick is to always be looking you never know when or where you will find the perfect one.
I know it might be basphamisct at least on this site to restore an old landy and not take it off road but rest asurred I put the DII to the test on a regular basis.

Ken,
Easy enough to add windows... Simply change tops, or, leave topless, or just change sides, or... you can do anything w/ it....
RHD is cool... these things were supposed to be RHD, and you'd find that things go easier when working on the RHD ones. But, you can easily convert a RHD into a LHD w/ a Series, at least pre-SIII are easy enough... SIII are possible to convert, too, but a little more work involved.
You can do anything you want to a Series Rover, it's putty in your hands.... make it what you want...
Oh, PS... you might be able to get the price down on the Banana a little more if you have him pull the winch off... Just a thought....
