You can use a Hoppy brand connector. I used the universal relay model, it takes 12 volts directly from the battery and uses the factory leads to activate the relay. Cost about $60 at Pep Boys. I am very pleased with this set up. I mounted the relay box under the rear of the truck behind the bumper and the pigtail unplugs when not in use.
You can also use the universal unit that uses the power from the factory harness, look in the Atlantic British catalog for a picture. This unit is alot cheaper. Both units attach with crimp connectors behind the right rear tail light. I like the relay model. It isolates the trailer wiring from the truck wiring in the case of a short in the trailer. Has been working for over three years with no blown fuses yet. Knock on wood. :)

Installed the Hoppy Universal relay on my 98 disco last night. It took all of 30 minutes and cost about $40.00, but you will want to buy some extra crimp connectors, the kit doesn't supply any extras in case of an installer error!! :)
