The most recent Bond movie - World Is Not Enough -tons of Discos in it.
Dumb and Dumber - a Classic Rangie (it may have been stretch limo Rangie) is parked on the street in Aspen as the guys ride past on the scooter.
Gods Must Be Crazy, of course
As I remember others will let you know.

Also, Jacqueline Kim drives a black Discovery in the Tommy Lee Jones disaster movie "Volcano". She plays a doctor and helps Tommy rescue an injured firefighter during the eruption. Not exactly offroading, but a more realistic use of a Land Rover than driving one to the mall.

Roger Moore was driving a convertable RR Classic at the beginning of one of the Bond movies. Also, in one of the Timothy Dalton Bond movies, a SIII gets run off a cliff in the opening.

Movies for Guys Who Like Movies uses a red Series Rover for a lot of the clips.

Romancing the Stone : Kirk's truck that got ran over by the bus was a Series Rover.

Time Code featured a black Range Rover (almost) driven by Salma Hayek. That is, before her onscreen, jealous lesbian lover takes all the air out of a tire. Interesting flick, it had the screen split into 4 sections/scenes, all four running at the same time.
