Please tell me when and where you got the energy. Man, I just took a look at your Rover, and wow-you've come a long way in such short time-So the next question is- When are you going to put it to work? I'm sure its seen some of that Carolina red mud(clay)......
Nice DiscoII
How are those Furtura MT's on the street, especially in the rain?

Thanks for the compliments. Most of the work was done about 9 months ago (we have an 8 month old daughter!). Get a weekend in occassionaly since my wife no longer works on the weekends. Took it to MAR in Oct. Worked great. CDL was a big plus. Been working w/ John @ RTE to get the suspension sorted out. Rides great. Just finished new rear bumper design that incorporates sliders for the rear quarters. Will post pics soon (computer crashed @ home).

Thanks, Phillip. Lots of hard work, but all of it fun! Just have to keep myself grounded so I don't go too extreme. I fight this addiction every day!

94Rover, forgot to talk about the Futuras in the rain. I've never had any problems, but I had them siped shortly after I got them. Prior to getting them siped, I did drive in the rain with my rear shaft out. Was a little squirly, but that was 2WD (front wheel drive). That's when I got them siped, but have never had any other problems. Great tire for the price, but they only go up to 32" (265's).

Where did you get them siped at?

Greg has a nice rig for certain. Probably the nicest thing was the refrigerator full of icy cold beverages in the back. I was refreshed at 2am in the mud while my brother got winched out in his IIa...
