I know this doesn't belong here but I am just too excited. Just finished my last final at USC. I am now an ALUMNI!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Hell, I want to scream but I don't want the neighbors to think I am kookoo!!!! I may as well be happy know because 6 months from now I get the first bill for tuition.

Yes damn Trojans WHOOPED the crap out of fUCLA! It got to the point that my wife said she started feeling sorry for the UCLA guys. Hell, we can lose every other game of the season, as long as we do what we did to UCLA!

As for the neighbors thinking I am crazy, I am sure they do. Who else would get their Land Rover so dirty with Azusa MUD? There isn't a dirty SUV on my street.

Yes, I am an older graduate. Went back to school when I was 27. Married, but no little shits yet. I told my wife when I get my Porsche Turbo she can have her children! We must have our priorities set straight...

Congrats to you! WOOOOOOWEEEE, indeed! It took me a LONG time to stop having term paper/finals/thesis dreams ... I would often dream that I showed up for a class and there was a final, only to realize that I had forgotten to go to that class most of the semester - or I'd have a similar one where it was nearing the end of the year, and I'd realize that I had not been to one of my major classes all semester long, and I didn't even know what room or building it was in!

University of Spoiled Children, huh? (sorry, just had to get that in, I'm a UCLA fan ...)

I still have those dreams. Along with the classic can't find my locker in high school dream. I understand those are common anxiety dreams, as are my tornado dreams, etc. Come to think of it though, I haven't had any of them in a VERY long time. I wonder if I could write the Disco off my taxes as therapy.....???

UCLA from what I heard means University of Communist Liberal Assholes. Besides, we gave you a beating like no other. I will NEVER forget that between the legs interception and the confusion on the part of the Bruin! He was like, Where did it go?

As far as the Alum thing, that is the great thing about SC, doesn't matter what you learn, you are a Trojan and they back their people like no other. Pride runith over at SC. It is no wonder I see 10 SC license plate frames to every 1 UCLA.

No John, it is the University of South Central. My first choice would have been Stanford but since I was an older student already owning a home, I didn't feel it would be worth the move. I actually considered UCLA as a second choice to SC but UCLA doesn't offer a business program other than Econ. I was looking more at corporate finance.

I was looking more for a private school since I have seen the bureaucracy of the public sector.

I don't know if you ever read the article about a large donation a businessman wanted to make to UCLA, I believe it was in the realm of 500 million. He had to go through so much red tape to do so that Steven Sample (SC PREZ) was able to take him away from UCLA and got the MULA!

Besides, if it really comes down to it, the Bruins wear BABY blue!
