I live in the Texas panhandle and I am trying to find some good trails for off-roading. Mudding gets boring after the first 10 times. Are there any good trails in Texas or New Mexico?

New Mexico has some of the best trails around... check out Farmington and Las Cruces NM.

I live in New Mexico and live 30 minutes from the location where the ARCA had it's finals. It is located in Las Cruces. Those are some serious trails.

Define "good trails": Are you looking for scenic routes, rock crawling, or ?

Many of the "good trails" in NM are unmarked. Example: Yesterday we did a National Forest trip on the Santa Fe on established roads (to be in compliance with the current forest-entrance fire restrictions). The actual four-wheel drive part of the trip does not appear on the forest service map, nor is it signed, so you have to know that it is there.

Last weekend, I did another forest road that is marked, at least for a while, and that only from the west; the eastern end of this particular road has no sign at all, and nowhere are there any indications that it is four-wheel drive, not even on the forest service map that does show this particular "good trail."

For that matter, some of what I consider "good trails," because they provide some nice wilderness hiking, have no markings, either.
