Anyone heading to Uwharrie any time soon? I'm a novice driver, never been to Uwharrie, and I'd like to gain some more off-road driving experience, and hopefully pick up some pointers. If anyones interested in running some trails and doesn't mind having a lesser experienced driver tag along please drop me a line.

Jon, some guys are making a trail run on the 23rd of sep. Go to www.onslrc.com and look at the activites page. Also, go to their message board and talk to some guys.

In case you haven't found it yet, that should be www.onslrs.org for Old North State LR Society. They are a great club, and Uwharrie has some great trails. - Joe

I think I'll check out the club. Hopefully I'll get a chance to meet some members and get an idea of what the club is all about.
