I'm going to put new stereo head unit(clarion head unit) but I don't know which wire color is going to each part(e.g. speaker or ac power, etc..)

The only way to successfully and satisfactorily install an aftermarket system is to re-wire the speakers. The original wiring is beyond stupid. I just ran my own wires, and added an amp/sub combo and I couldn't be happier.

Use a Volkswagon Harness and swap the yellow and red wires for a perfict fit without cutting factory wiring. When you install the speakers, I agree with Josh. Re-wire everything. You'll have room for wire to the left of the cup-holder. Good luck, and see if you can find my previous post that outlined all of the wiring... Too much to type.
