Does Disco have High-Low lock solenoid?

My disco1 transfer box seems to be stuck on High range. I had follow all the instruction from the books and trucks from discoweb. I read from the Range Rover web, there are two protential problems: electrical and mechanical (relay/solenoid) that is a fail safe to prevent transfer box from shifting unless it is in neutral. Does Disco1 (95 disco) also has such solenoid? The author from Range Rover web also said that this solenoid is not mention in the shop manual. Any input would be appreciated.

My 97 has one, it had to be replaced once. So my guess is that your 95 has one, too.
