I was hoping to find this in the tech section...did I miss it? I also have heard of D90.com's method, but a fellow here said he broke them. Does anyone know of an easy, quick way to disconnect and re-connect the swaybars?

I ask this because I am still mulling over the ACE vs non ACE issue. If I can quickly attach/detach the bars, the decision has been made.

It's a very simple process. Remove the upper and lower retaining nuts from your front link. Then cross-drill the bolts for a 1/2" hitch pin. You can now connect/disconnect your sway bars in less than 2 minutes. Winston doesn't have ACE, so I'm not sure of the procedure there. On a non-ACE vehicle you cross-drill the lower bolts only. You then fab an "L" bracket (you only need one bracket) with a hole drilled in each end. One end will bolt to the bump-stop mount. The other hole is used to attach one end of the sway bar. This will keep it up and out of the way when disconnected. See my pics in the Gallery.
