Hi

I am not a mechanic, so I thought I ask before I
do this. I have a 1995 disco petrol v8 motor.
Its done 80000km. I thought its time to change the distributor cap and rotor button.

my questions are:

1) Does the rotor button lift straight up for removal.
2) The owner manual saids to oil the rotor spindle.? How and where , in case I put oil in the wrong spot and cause the truck not to be able to start.
