How do I replace left fog light housing on Disco II - Remove the Engine?

Seriously, I removed the wheel well panel covering the fog light and was able to get to the two bottom screws but the two top ones are hidden way back, under the windshield washer reservoir - so it looks like I need to remove it - but to remove it it looks like I need to remove the whole bumper assembly - Yikes.

Anyone know where I am going wrong or should I buy a repair manual.

Oh yes, my first off road experience is getting to be quite costly. Next time I think I will ride with others who have Defenders!
