Anyone have any experience with their skid plates and why they are so much more expensive than everyone elses?

if you can, try to find a Rhino Gear skid plate.
the company no longer exists. but their skid plates should still be out there somewhere.
safety devices plate like one of those PRADA nylon bags. real nice, but $$$$$
