I am putting in lockers/4.10 gears and rear axles in my Disco. In the process, I will be replacing all of the bearings/seals in both diffs.
I have 65K on my rover. By the way, prop shaft u-joints and tcase fluid are all new. I am already planning on doing the tranny while it is up on stands.
The Question: I there anything else maintenance wise I should do to the drivetrain while I am at it?
Thanks,
Tom

Pack/replace the wheel bearings while you are in there. And replace those seals if they are leaking at all.

OK...I am going to buy a new set of seals for the axles/hubs so I am ready just in case. Any idea what/how many I need?

There is just one inner seal per wheel and you have to get them from Rover or some vendor here online. THe bearings themselves you can get from NAPA. They are "Set-37" Keep that in mind if you find any that are thrashed. Its much cheaper...
