When cleaning out my 99 Series 1 Disco last week I noticed that the front footwells were drenched! On the inside.
I thought it was my pressure-washing under the chassis, but when I brought the truck in to the LR Darien (CT) dealer, they said it's a common Disco problem caused by the air conditioning drain holes being blocked (or something like that).
I couldn't believe it! This is a common problem!?! That's crazy.
When I asked how I could help avoid this, they basically said there was nothing to be done. "Don't park under trees," was their only advice.
Has anyone ran into this problem? Is there anything you can do to avoid it?
Thanks.
