Ok, this LARGE woman happened to eject the axle screw for my pssgr. side rear folding seat (just mild off-roading). To explain in detail, its a cloth 60 (pssgr) 40 (driver) split bench. The pivot point where the seat "rump" meets the back area has a hing with a machine threaded screw in it. It popped out and is nowhere to be found. I'm using a cable tie-wrap right now, but need this screw. Any Suggestions! Help!

take a screw from one of the other brackets to the hardware store and find a matching replacement (should be METRIC). Gotta watch those screws - they can resonate loose pretty quickly. Shaking seats is one of many sources of rattles in my Disco. Also have to watch those LARGE women...

That was good. I had to definately sneak in that it was MILD OFFROADING and not while Parked! Anyway, that was my guess (as to what to do) but its an odd screw. Cobalt color, panhead with alan cutout, machine screw threads that are only 1/2 the length to let the rest act as a smooth surface for an axle. I'm guessing I may not find one.
To give you the visual, there's a mount on the floor that tapers to a "washer" with a hole it in at the top. There's a mount that hangs on the inside of the seat -- downward, and it's threaded. You line up the holes, and put the screw in.
Do you guys think a fully threaded screw would be a terrible idea?
