No, I don't want to change the radio...just improve both AM and FM !!!
Somewhere I read about the short life expectancies of auto antennas...is this true??
Thanks

Yes buy a replacement non power antenna from Rovers North or Atlantic British. Makes a big difference on AM and Weather

Yes, I recently did the same thing. LR Genuine non-power antenna from A-B was like, $24.95 or something (but somebody mentioned under $20 for one from roverconnection.com; I don't know). Either way, it drastically improved reception. I still think diversity antennas are ideal, but too costly to refit into my '95.
