The ABS of my 95 Disco kicks in too soon. It even kicks in when the pavement is only a little bit wet. Does it need to be recalibrated? Can I do it myself?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

That's the way they all are.
You can run with the diff lock on in snow,
that helps.

This is normal, but it can also be a future sensor problem. I had 2 sensors replaced up to now and they never run out of work suddenly. There happens a circuit problem, it sometimes works, sometimes don't. I recommend you to first take the front two sensors out clean it than lubricate and hammer them down very softly. Than check again. Looks to me no problem. Mostly front sensors create problem since the rears are very good hidden.

Has anyone had all the bells and whistles go off on the ABS simultaneously? Today I had The Traction Control indicator light up; the ABS Light, Brake Light and Hill decent lights go off at the same time.

Road conditions were warm, clear and dry. Crossed over RR tracks at less than 30 MPH with downhill decent.

The WABCO ABS pump also continued to pump after the ignition was turned off. The Pump also felt hot. I also had a loss of acceleration power. I called LR Dallas. They said it was normal. I drove the Rover at lunch. All was well. Any insights?
