Does the transmission temperature light come on when you start the truck? I was curious, since I've never seen that light on, I'm not sure if its OK or whether the lightbulb is out. Does anyone else see it come on when they start - like the SRS/airbag?

It's not supposed to come on unless the transmission is hot. I guess they don't consider it important enough to include in the start-up bulb check. That light is kinda a dummy bulb anyway, since if your transmission is hot enough for it to come on, you'll be able to smell it. Ask me how I know...
