I would like to remove the factory running boards and wrap-around brush bar because I am selling my 98 discovery and would like to sell these parts separately, but I couldn't figure out a way to remove them, can someone give me instructions on how to remove them ? Greatly appreciate your help.

The running boards are attached at two main points on each side. You'll have to remove two body mounting bolts (forward, rearward) and then loosen the other bolts that brace the runners to the frame, using a backup wrench. Not a problem. Oh, and they're about 50 lbs each (or maybe more?), so be prepared for that when you go to remove it. And be sure to tighten the body mounting bolts back VERY securely.
The brush bar is a snap, also. It has 6 bolts (3 each side) that hold it to the frame rails. Use a backup wrench to loosen them, and be careful because the brush guard is heavy too.
Hope that helps!

So do I have to place the body mounting bolts back to my disco or they should go with the boards ? Thanks a lot.

Yes, You have to replace the nuts back onto the bolts. From what I remember, these mount the body to the frame.
