I was wondering if anyone had the exact specs of Bearmach Mediums and their 3" springs. Will I still have a 3" after brushguard rock sliders etc.. How much lift do the mediums give?? which would be the better choice?

Go to the Tech section and click on suspension and that should help you.
I have the BM med with a arb bumper that's it. My height gain after the lift was 1.5"front and 1.75" rear.
I have had no problems with my springs not to hard & not to soft. From what I have read that they will sag. If you are looking to hold 3" of lift after adding some toys you should look into Rovertym. Go to resouces and click on vendors and check them out I have not read anything bad yet.
