The Lumbar Support in the Discovery's seats?

I bought my 1996 SD (Cloth interior) with a lumbar support wheel that just spins on the drivers side seat, no adjustment. I remember reading that there was a Land Rover Service Bulletin on this at one time. Anyone have access to it? Anyone successfully fixed theirs? Any Thoughts? Thanx...

I had mine break on my 98 and it turned out that there is a cable that snapped... Not sure how to fix it though.. I'm pretty sure that the dealer took my seat apart to get at it though..
