I am in the process of putting on a SafariGard front bumper and SuperWinch X9 winch. The bumper fits on the Disco with no problems. However, the winch won't fit. The lever that engages forward and reverse doesn't clear the bumper. It looks like it will fit correctly if I can rotate the end cap of the winch. Can this be done? If so, how?

Also, what is the best way to trim the grill on the front of the Disco? Does anyone have any pictures of this process that I can use as a guide? I don't want to end up with something that looks like a 'hack' job.
