I am trying to remove my Disco2's radio so that I can run wires behind it, How do I get it out without any special tool?

The two horizontal slits in the upper corners, you can use Pioneer or Jvc radio removal keys you just slide these in about 3/4 of an inch and depress the locks by push ing down. as you do this pull out the radio gently.
