Okay after you guys told me where the cruise is I tried it out. It doesn't work. The light on the button lights up but it won't hold a speed. Any thoughts? I'm sure there's a million things that could be happening but if anyone's had something like this happen let me know.
Thanks,
Lynden

The vacuum line is ripped. Search and you will find the discussion here.

Could also be the acutal vacuum pump. I replaced all the vacuum lines/hoses and they were in fact ripped/cracked, but it still didnt help. I've concluded that it'll just have to come out in favor of a new one. But I haven't done that yet.

In theory it could be patched. Never done it my self but seems like an option.

I have a 96 Disco SE7 and having a cruise control problem. The cruise light on the dash doesn't come on at all. Checked fuse and it looks good. Any suggestions on where to start to diag this problem.
