My manual shows something ridiculous for towing cap. for my 95 w/ the 3.9l engine. Something like 1700 lbs. This sounds quite low. My father has a boat/trailer that's 2222 lbs (no trailer brakes). Can I tow this thing?????

thats payload. towing is a different cap. its 5500 in high 7000 in low but with a 220 lb tongue wieght.
