hi folks its twodogs from the uk
have you guys used the "truck air" commpresser its sold hear buy the milemaker importer is it any good as it costs £80 i belive its about $45 to you in the states.
can you recomend any more makes ?

The "Truck Air" is what I carry all the time. I added an adaptor (from Radio Shack) that has the female plug on one end and positive/negative clamps on the other so I attach direct to the battery.

K Mart sells the Truck Air compressor for $40.

But if you're going to be airing down and up a lot you will want a more powerful system, unless you don't mind waiting 5-10 mins per tire

Don't yell, TwoDogs, I know what you said. Just thought you might want to see another option. I don't know of any electric air system that will fill my tires fast enough and get me home in time for dinner! 30-45 minutes filling tires is 30-45 mintues not spent wheeling or on the way home. If your buddies have faster systems (CO2 tank or compressor running off the AC), at least they will get annoyed and start filling your tires for you.
