I have a Landrover Discovery 8 months old and I have a problem with the front right hand side carpet. It has developed a bald patch.
This has happened twice in a period of the 8 months.
I was told by the service manager it was caused by the rubber mat rubbing on it. My question is should the carpet last a lot longer that 1 - 4 months?
And should this be covered under warranty.
I have had other 4 wheel drives and the carpet lasted 3 years and was as new as when I brought it.
