What should I pay for the two oil cooling lines, and what are some places to buy them? Dealer quoted me +/- $80 for one, +/-60 for the other. Is this fair? Thanks

I don't know if the vehicle year matters, but the San Jose and Redwood City dealers quoted a total for both lines at just under $200. I've got a '95.

I got one from Rover Connection - It was the top line (output from the cooler to the radiator) - I think it was $55-60

Thanks, guys. I bought them from the dealer for the prices I stated above.
The minor oil leak turned into a gush. These cooling lines had been rubbing against a bracket and started leaking a little more than what I was comfortable with.

From what a Rover mechanic told me, Land Rover wen t through 3 designs before they were able to find one that would last. Another option for these lines is to get custom made stainless-steel braided hoses.

You can cut the bands off and make them how you want them...
